i'm unphotogenic, I really just don't enjoy getting photos done.
I can't tell you how many people have expressed this to me. I think it's such a real thing to admit to your photographer - but I think it's so helpful to know that I use prompts and activities to capture more candid moments. My focus isn't on getting you to do a rehearsed smile, I'm here to get you laughing and reacting out of pure joy.
Are travel expenses included in your packages?
I do not include my travel fees in my packages. However, unless you're outside of my boundaries, my travel fees don't apply.
Location boundaries:
Bismarck, Mandan, Lincoln.
Mandan boundaries: Lake Harmon down to 1806.
Bismarck boundaries: The Dessert (Saint Mary's), to Menoken.
Do you offer prolonged photo storage?
For all session types, I keep your galleries for up to one year. If you happen to lose your photos or need an additional download, I can likely give you a fresh link! It's always worth asking.
What if the weather is bad?
My contract does include this, and I'd suggest we reschedule at no extra fee if we have no other options. I will reasonably try to find an indoor location, or an area that is more sheltered. Being that I don't have unlimited access to a studio, I am more limited, but it isn't impossible for us to work this out.
If there's no option to reschedule, and there's no travel advised in the event of a snowstorm/icestorm, or lightning is present during a thunderstorm (outdoor session), a refund minus the deposit would be issued.
